While we have made a significant impact in the lives of hospitalized children and their families at the government Black Lion Hospital, there is still much work to be done. Our goal is to expand our reach to other hospitals in Ethiopia and provide education and support to even more children. To achieve this goal, we need your support. With your help, we can hire additional staff members, purchase educational materials and supplies, and expand our programmes to additional hospitals to reach more children in need.

Being in hospital is a challenging time for both children and adults. We would like to provide serives to assist both of these target groups to work through their current situation. Children For those who are hospitalized, the experience can be especially isolating and frightening. Without proper education and support, these children may struggle to understand the changes happening in their bodies or feel hopeless about their future. At the Ethiopian Hospital Schools, we aim to provide a supportive environment where children can learn and grow despite their health challenges.

Medical Supplies Government hospitals do not provide basic items such as tissues, wipes, food or water – instead, families have to struggle to provide all of these basic aspects for their sick child. We would like to provide all families with a basic care package upon arrival in the hospital as well as the provision of essential drugs which families struggle to afford.

Free Food Kitchen At Ethiopian Hospital Schools, we offer a range of programs to support hospitalized children and their families. Our free meal program provides nutritious food to patients and their families, easing the financial burden of hospitalization.
